Yard News Monday 10th June

We’ve got some lovely new horses in the yard which we’ve picked up at the sales recently. Pictured is Golden Grove, an exciting 4 year old gelding by Stowaway who finished a close third in a Ludlow bumper last month. We’re looking forward to running him soon.

See the others on the ‘Horses For Sale’ page. They also include a lovely unnamed 3 year old filly by Black Sam Bellamy, who we’ve just started breaking in.

Mere Anarchy runs at Lingfield tomorrow. He’s back on the flat after several placed efforts over hurdles recently. He’s a talented but frustrating horse who often throws away a winning opportunity so we’re hoping a flat race will give him something different to think about!

Toshima has run well twice since his wind operation, and he is ready to run again this week. He has an entry at Uttoxeter on Thursday, or there’s a race for him at Worcester on Saturday. Balkinstown will also be entered at Worcester on Saturday.

We hope to run consistent club horse Secondo and Espresso Freddo at Chepstow on Friday afternoon.

Push The Tempo remains in training but didn’t scope 100% recently so we’ll give him a little bit of time to come right before running him again.
