Yard News Tuesday 21st May

Beltor was entered this week after his fabulous win, but unfortunately the ground is too quick. We’ll keep him on the go for a little longer in case we get some rain, but he’s too nice a horse to risk on firm ground and if we don’t get the rain, he’ll go on holiday.
We’ll be at the sales on Wednesday and Thursday. We’re looking for a jumper for the racing club, plus we also have another couple of orders so hopefully we’ll come home with some nice horses.
Echo du Large, who made a lovely debut last week, has been bought to stay in the yard. He’ll now run in the colours of Castle Farm Racing and we’ll try to win a bumper with him.
We’ve got lots of horses entered over the next few days. We could have three run at Worcester on Friday. It will be good to see Balkinstown (pictured), who won at Plumpton last November, back in action. Awaywiththeblues and Comeonthebull are both also entered, hopefully Comeonthebull will jump better than he did last time at Chepstow.
Toshima and Mere Anarchy hold entries at Ffos Las on Saturday evening.
